1. Introduction

Welcome to fingerSK8.com. By accessing our website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Resale

  • Inventory: We sell products manufactured by fingerSK8 as well as products from third-party brands.

  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, particularly with unique wood grain plies on decks.

3. Safety Warning: Choking Hazard

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — SMALL PARTS.

  • 3.1 Nature of Products: Almost every product sold on fingerSK8.com contains extremely small components. This includes, but is not limited to: tiny locknuts and screws, loose ball bearings, bushings, pivot cups, wheels, and tools.

  • 3.2 Age Restriction: These products are NOT toys for small children. They are intended for use by teenagers and adults. We strongly recommend these products only for individuals 14+ years of age and older. Strictly prohibited for children under 3 years of age.

  • 3.3 Owner Responsibility: By purchasing from fingerSK8.com, you acknowledge the potential hazard these small parts pose to children and pets. You agree to keep all equipment, tools, and spare parts stored safely out of reach of children. fingerSK8.com assumes no liability for accidents caused by the ingestion or inhalation of these parts.

4. Orders and Availability

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that a product is listed as available but is actually out of stock due to inventory error, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from fingerSK8.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Returns, Defects, and "Blems"

  • 6.1 Our Guarantee (In-House and Third-Party): Whether you purchased a fingerSK8 product or a third-party brand (e.g., Blackriver, Dynamic, etc.) through our site, we handle the support directly. If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or is a "blem" (factory blemish) that was not described as such, we will work hard to make it right.

  • 6.2 "Used" vs. "Defective":

    • Used Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used. This includes decks that have been gripped, wheels that have been ridden, or trucks that have been mounted.

    • Defective/Blemished Items: If an item arrives with a defect or blemish, please contact us at support@fingerSK8.com within 7 days of delivery and before setting it up or applying grip tape. Please include photos of the issue.

  • 6.3 Limited Stock and Replacements: Fingerboarding equipment is often produced in small batches or limited colorways.

    • Replacements: If a replacement unit is in stock, we will ship you a new, non-defective item to replace the damaged one after we have received the damaged product back.

    • Refunds: If the specific item is out of stock (sold out) and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund for the item instead.

7. Limitation of Liability

fingerSK8.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury caused by improper use of the equipment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, images of fingerSK8 products) is the property of fingerSK8. Trademarks and logos of third-party brands are the property of their respective owners and are used here for retail identification purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
